I brought the idea to cover the National Horseplayers Championship to the tournament’s promoters, the NTRA, secured funding, and oversaw all aspects of production from concept through delivery.

Horse racing is an often overlooked sport in today’s documentary landscape. The action and atmosphere at the track is undeniable, and the characters are wholly unique. My documentary is one small portion of a world that is begging to be explored.
